What he's passionate about is the art of transforming chaos into clarity. With over 20 years of experience in project management, he intervenes where organizations lose their footing: complex projects, unclear governance, unsustainable deadlines... He comes on stage with his sleeves rolled up, ready to move mountains, one shovelful at a time.
