L\u2019organisation faisait face \u00e0 une absence de cadre unifi\u00e9 pour prioriser, coordonner et piloter ses projets strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_header_button_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_fullwidth_header_overlay\"><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_fullwidth_header_scroll\"><\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_section_1 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\"><div class=\"et_pb_row_0 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_0 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_0 et_pb_divider et_pb_space et_pb_divider_position_top et_animated et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_internal\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_0 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_animated et_pb_module et_block_module et_pb_text_align_center\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h1>Objectifs du mandat<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_animated et_pb_module et_block_module et_pb_text_align_center\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>La direction a mandat\u00e9 un conseiller pour <b>implanter un Bureau de projet corporatif<\/b> en l\u2019espace de quelques mois, avec l\u2019objectif clair de professionnaliser la gestion des projets \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019ensemble du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>La port\u00e9e du projet comprenait une estimation totale de <strong>15 000 jours-personne<\/strong>, avec un budget global d\u00e9passant les <strong>10 M$<\/strong>. Le conseiller a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 temps complet pendant une p\u00e9riode de 3 mois afin de garantir une gestion efficace et de respecter les d\u00e9lais et objectifs fix\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_section_2 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section et_animated\"><div class=\"et_pb_row_1 et_pb_row et_pb_equal_columns trois initiatives majeures : l\u2019ERP, l\u2019EPM et le BIM. Afin de maintenir une coh\u00e9rence globale, un important travail d\u2019orchestration a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9, visant \u00e0 aligner les phases de formation, harmoniser la gestion du changement, et synchroniser les processus d\u2019affaires entre les diff\u00e9rents projets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"730\" class=\"\">Cette approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e a permis de consolider la gouvernance dans un mod\u00e8le unifi\u00e9, favorisant les synergies et r\u00e9duisant les redondances. En misant sur une coordination \u00e9troite et sur une vision globale, l\u2019organisation a pu b\u00e2tir une structure durable, mieux outill\u00e9e pour g\u00e9rer la complexit\u00e9 et \u00e9voluer
